M&G Property overview in a post-Covid world

Prior to the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic, the property sector in South Africa (and globally), experienced a massive nosedive of returns and, as a result, investors and fund managers alike were cautious when including higher percentages of property stocks in their portfolios.

The objective of this video, was to share M&G Investments’ optimistic views about the future of the sector now that the world is slowly starting to return to a sense of normality. It needed to be pitched at a lower-brow level, so that the not-so-savvy investor could understand the basics of investing in this asset class but at the same time be informative enough to add value to a financial adviser so that they would be better equipped to answer potentially gruelling questions about their client’s property portfolios.

The video was shot in studio and later enhanced with supporting motion graphics.
